On 30 and 31 December 2014 Enea SA submitted motions for settlement to:

The subject of motions was claim for the payment of electric energy consumed under the system of energy balancing. Claimed companies earned unjustified benefits by refusing Enea SA to issue invoice corrections for 2012.
Till the reporting date two proceedings were conducted (with PGE and PKP) but claims of Enea SA were not accepted.
